Yoga has been the key component on my transformational path over the past several years. Part of this path, for me, is sharing it with others. I am committed to and consider it an honor to support your wellbeing, on all levels, as best I can. Here are some ways that I can help you on your path:

- Schedule a private yoga session. Take a mindful break for yourself or with a group. Learn practical alignment for your body that you can take into life. Address health changes and challenges such as childbirth, injury or unhealthy weight or stress. - Schedule a private coaching session. We learn and grow through being deeply listened to and by being held in a sacred space.
