Dear Friend,

Yoga has been the key component on my transformational path over the past several years.  Part of this path, for me, is sharing it with others.  I am committed to and consider it an honor to support your wellbeing, on all levels, as best I can.  Here are some ways that I can help you on your path:

    • Join my mailing list to receive free yoga practices, suggestions and other information on local, Philadelphia-area offerings.
    • Schedule a private yoga session.  Take a mindful break for yourself or with a group.  Learn practical alignment for your body that you can take into life.  Address health changes and challenges such as childbirth, injury or unhealthy weight or stress.  I am teaching electronically via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime by appointment on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and some week-ends.  E-mail me to set an appointment at mainlinealignyoga@gmail.com.
    • Schedule a private coaching session.
